Wicked Stitch strives to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience to all of our members. That’s why we aim to make sure our shipping and exchange process are hassle-free. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selection, you can exchange it for another style free of charge. We accept exchanges up to 14 days from the original date of purchase for items that are in new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore are not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).
Shipping
We currently use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. Orders within the United States ship at a flat rate of $6.95 or priority rate of $9.95. All orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time Wicked Stitch does not accept returns, only exchanges. Exchanges for products must be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date. All exchanged items must be in new, unused and undamaged condition with all original tags and labels attached. Handbags, jewelry and accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and earrings unworn. Apparel must also be returned unworn, with all tags still attached.
