What methods of payment do you accept online and in the store?

Here is a complete list of the payment types we accept:

  • Cash (In-Personal and Local Pickup only)

How long is estimated shipping when ordering online?

All orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. Depending on the destination of your order shipped, regular ground shipping from Wichita is an additional 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately as this time we do not accept any returns, however we do offer exchanges! Exchanges for products must be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date. All exchanged items must be in new, unused and undamaged condition with all original tags and labels attached. Handbags, jewelry and accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and earrings unworn. Apparel must also be returned unworn, with all tags still attached. All sales are final for sale merchandise and jewelry.

Can I check the status of my order?

Can I order a pickup from a local Wichita store instead of order to ship online?

Absolutely! During checkout if your shipping address is are located in the Wichita area, you can choose to pick up your order at anyone of our two locations during regular store hours.  We will give you a call when your order will be ready for pickup.

Do you ship outside Kansas?

Yep! We have customers all over the country.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at this time, but stay tuned!

How often do you get new products? Can I order old products no longer in stock online?

Our products change monthly. If you would like to order an item that is no longer in stock online, 90% of the time it depends on the item and if we can get it again. The wait time for old products is typically 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. We have gift certificates available in store.
